How to get to the check-in

Make your way to the check-in building once you have parked your car. Please have your travel documents ready, cf. information on previous page (“Overview”).

Where do I park my vehicle prior to loading?

Leave your vehicle where it is parked and place the destination slip behind the windscreen. Please detach or retract aerials now and remove any roof luggage. You may leave your car until loading begins but please ensure you have returned by the time it does.

Where can anyone travelling with me go?

Your passengers can wait for you in the terminal waiting room, in whichh there are toilets.

Where can I/we spend the time between loading and departure?

Once loading has been completed you can proceed to the station, which is a little over 300 yards from the terminal. The station contains a bar, a waiting room and toilets. Alternatively, you could pay a visit to the old centre of Bolzano (a five-minute walk).

When and where can I/we board the train?

The train from Verona arrives at the station about 20 minutes prior to departing. The arrival/departure platform varies, so it’s best to wait on Platform 1 until the actual details are announced.
