The new DB Autozug destination is ideally located between Milan, Turin and Genoa, in the heart of Piedmont. This region in Northern Italy is a well-kept secret as a holiday destination: in addition to Lago Maggiore and magnificent alpine scenery, the landscape is dominated by medieval castles and vineyards.
The terminal in Alessandria is an excellent starting point for journeys to the Ligurian coast, to Florence or Rome or even to the Côte d´Azur in France.
Recommended route to the terminal from all directions:
Leave the A 21 motorway at Alessandria Ovest exit and follow the signs for Alessandria. After you enter Alessandria (1st roundabout) follow the brown signs that say DB Autozug / FS auto al seguito.
