How to get to the check-in

In Neu-Isenburg you drive your vehicle straight onto the terminal premises. There you are welcomed by a check-in operative. Please have your travel documents ready, cf. information on previous page (“Overview”).

The check-in operative shows you the lane via which you can drive onto the carrier.

Where do I park my vehicle prior to loading?

A check-in operative will assign you a position in the queuing lane on the terminal premises. This parking area is marked by destination signs. Please stay within the terminal until loading begins, which will be announced to you by the loading foreman.

Where can I/we spend the time between loading and departure?

You may spend the intervening period in the waiting room or on the platform. A restaurant and shopping facilities are to be found in the passenger building.

Where can anyone travelling with me go?

Your passengers may wait for you either in the waiting room, in the restaurant, in the park opposite or on the platform. The platform is right next to the loading point.

When and where can I/we board the train?

The DB Autozug train generally arrives three minutes prior to departing. You will be notified of its pending arrival over the tannoy system. At the same time you will be given details of the platform section at which your coach will be stopping. There is also a train-formation indicator in the check-in building.
