How to get to the check-in

Please park in the car park at the entrance to the terminal and remain in or near your vehicle. The check-in time will be announced over the PA system and you will be asked to proceed to the queuing lane signposted for your destination.

A display board at the car park shows the destinations, which are indicated by the letters B, C or A. If the display board already states a queuing lane for the route you have booked when you arrive at the terminal, please proceed to that lane.Please ensure that you arrive at the terminal in good time and have your travel documents ready.

Important note: Mobility-impaired customers are requested to report to the DB Autozug operative straightaway so the appropriate measures can be adopted at both the terminal and station!

Where can anyone travelling with me go?Where can I/we spend the time between loading and departure?

A snack restaurant and a waiting room are available for your passengers in the terminal building. They should take any hand luggage you require for the train journey with them. You can then join them once your vehicle has been loaded.

In Narbonne you and anyone travelling with you are driven by shuttle bus to the central station, a journey of around 10 minutes.

When and where can we board the train?

The departure platform is indicated on a large display board in the waiting room at the station approx. 30 minutes before the train leaves. The train is normally prepared for departure at platform D/E.

Platforms can only be accessed via stairs. Mobility-impaired customers can reach the platforms accompanied by authorised SNCF staff without negotiating stairs, however.

Is there anywhere to stay or eat at or near the station?

The station contains a café offering light snacks as well as a restaurant and a waiting room. There are shopping and catering facilities in the immediate vicinity.

We regret that, for security reasons, there are no left-luggage facilities at Narbonne station.Terminal staff will gladly answer any further queries you may have.
