How to get to the check-in

You proceed with your vehicle in a lane running straight to the check-in point. Please have your travel documents ready, cf. information on previous page (“Overview”). 

Important note: Mobility-impaired customers are requested to report to the DB Autozug operative straightaway so the appropriate measures can be adopted.

Where do I park my vehicle prior to loading?

Drive to the terminal car park before loading begins and await loudspeaker announcements there.  

Information on the loading process

Drive to the ramp indicated for your destination and follow the instructions issued by loading staff. Please note the information on vehicle loading given on the previous page (“Overview”).

Where can anyone travelling with me go?

Your passengers may retire to the waiting room and you can follow them once your vehicle has been loaded. There is a drinks vending machine at your disposal there.

When and where can I/we board the train?

In , you and anyone travelling with you are driven by shuttle bus to the central station, a journey of around 15 minutes.

In the station waiting room, platform details are displayed roughly half an hour before the train is due to depart, which is generally from Platform A/B.

Mobility-impaired customers can reach the platforms by lift or escalators.

Is there anywhere to stay or eat at or near the station?

The station contains a café, a waiting room and a buffet bar offering a small selection of snacks. There are also shopping and catering facilities in the vicinity.

Should you have a little time to spare, you can deposit your luggage in lockers on the right of the station entrance (seasonal opening times. Please ask a DB Autozug operative).
