How to get to the check-in

At the terminal in Innsbruck you drive your vehicle straight to the check-in point. Please have your travel documents ready, cf. information on previous page (“Overview”).

Where do I park my vehicle prior to loading?

A check-in operative will assign you a parking position at the terminal. There is no need to remain with your vehicle prior to loading commencing but please ensure you return by the time it does.

Where can anyone travelling with me go? Where can I/we spend the time between loading and departure?

The new station building at Innsbruck boasts superb infrastructural facilities. The basement houses restaurants, shops and a supermarket. There are also several bars and shops around the station.

We recommend the “Zum Tiroler” restaurant in the station basement. As a DB Autozug customer you will receive a 10% discount by presenting your ticket.

The centre of Innsbruck is a 10-minute walk away. The “Sillpark” shopping centre is situated at the entrance to the car terminal and can be easily reached on foot.

When and where can I/we board the train?

The train is platformed as a single unit (carrier and coaches) around 20 minutes prior to departure (Platform 6 or 7). Please listen out for announcements and check the electronic train destination indicator.
